Did Not Attend to Appointments

To ensure we are able to the maximum number of appointments available to patients, we encourage all patients to notify us if you are unable to attend an appointment or attend to a telephone consultation. This way, we will be able to offer the appointment to another patient who requires medical support. 

Patients who DNA 3 appointments may be sent a warning letter and could result in being taken off the practice list.

 


Late to Appointments

To ensure that appointments run on-time if you are more than 5 minutes late you may not be seen by a doctor or nurse and may need to rebook your appointment. Please do understand that all Fernlea surgery staff and clinicians are trying their best to provide the most pleasant support and health service to all patients, therefore all clinicians will strictly follow the 5 minute late policy.
