Important Information:
Private letter requests are not contracted under the NHS, which means that these will be completed outside of NHS hours, a fee is then required to complete the work. It is extremely important to be very detailed and specific in your request as any alterations will also incur a fee. Additionally, these requests can be rejected by the practice, without reason, as they are not contractually required – however, we will endeavour to provide such reason within a timely manner.
All request can take up to 28 days to complete, urgent requests (within 1-2 weeks) can be completed at the clinicians discretion but also incurs an expediting fee.
