Make a complaint
If you are to be unhappy with any of our services or in any conflict please do forward your complaints. This will allow the surgery to develop and improve our health and well-being support to all patients, staff and visitors.
We respect and value all patients personal perspective views and work to our fullest to provide the most suitable and accurate practice to all. If you did experience any unpleasant visits or services from the practice please do put your worries forward with a complaint. All patients can complain by email (fernlea.adminteam@nhs.net) or post.
